Amavasya Puja
Amavasya Puja will be performed in Bangalore Kalibari on Monday the 15th March at 07.00 pm followed by Prasad Bitaran at 09.00 pm.
Community Bhog will be served thereafter @ a cost of Rs.50.00 per person. All are cordially invited with family and friends. This is the first time we are trying this paid community bhog so if you would like to join in the Community Bhog, we request you to sms/info your confirmation on mobile No.9449820576 latest by 10.00 am on 15th (Monday) so as to enable us to make satisfactory arrangements.

Bangalore Kalibari
Shivaratri & Amavasya Puja
Mahashivaratri and Amavasya Puja will be performed in Bangalore Kalibari on 12th (Friday) and 13th (Saturday) February 2010, respectively. Everybody is cordially invited on both the days alongwith family and friends. The Mandir will remain open throughout the day and till 12 midnight on 12 and Amavasya Puja on 13th will start at 06.30 pm.

Poush Mela – an Invitation
For the First time in Bangalore “POUSH MELA (Winter Carnival)” a Week-End Event, will be organized on 16 and 17 January 2010. The Event is being organized by SPANDAN, a Cultural Group, in aid of BANGALORE KALIBARI.
As you all know that Bangalore Kalibari in its present structure came into being in 2003, though the Kali Puja was first performed in the same place way back in 1973 by a very small group of Bengali enthusiasts. The Bangalore Kalibari is managed by Bangalore Kalibari Trust which is a registered organization under the Societies Registration Act. The Kalibari is located on its own property (site No.96 in Survey No.109 of Vijinapura, Kothur, Krishnarajpuram Hobli, South Taluk, Bangalore), donated by a local devotee. The Bangalore Kalibari Trust has been serving the society through its various activities in the field of Spirituality, Religion, Social and Cultural values, irrespective of religion, caste and creed.
The Bangalore Kalibari Trust has taken up project to start a Meditation Center, Yoga Training School, Vocational Training Classes for the underprivileged and many more social activities. In order to achieve this goal, a POUSH MELA (Winter Carnival) is being organized. A detailed programme chart is attached herewith.
We request all of you to visit POUSH MELA (Winter Carnival) by paying a nominal fee of Rs.50.00 (Rupees fifty only) and participate in various competitions. We have arranged a number of quality FOOD and GAMING STALLS apart from stalls of ETHNIC PRODUCTS under display and sale.
